With a formal education in architecture, I have translated those skills across numerous industries such as luxury jewelry, publishing, enterprise design, and pharmaceutical marketing. This experience means my work is always structurally sound and strategically elegant.
At the core of all of my work is the process of empathy-driven design and user research. Empathy in practice, is an active choice to listen and let the needs of others drive over our own desires and ego. When you put people first, profit will follow.

Paola is a driven individual who will stop at nothing to ensure that the work she produces is of the highest quality and content. There are never any roadblocks that she hasn't anticipated and made a plan for. Without hesitation, she was ready to reach out and provide me with resources or education in general so that I could grow. Her addiction to forward movement and inclusion is what drives her work, and it's infectious in the best of ways.
When my novel was scheduled for publication, Paola did photography for it - but it was more than that! She was really invested in the project and so supportive of me as a writer.
